Maklaud Amelia is the rebellious and so free spirit of the Aviation’s Golden Age, a time of unstoppable romantics and dreamers delighted with ideas to push the boundaries of the possible and conquer the sky. Inspired by the theme of flight, the same dreamers at Maklaud created the unique Amelia in aero retro style in 2023, using unique design solutions and new materials that no one has used before.
In the center of the composition is a delicate, airy and refined female image, realized in porcelain using the most complex technology: the porcelain face of the sculpture is applied to a bronze base model.
The use of porcelain is our author’s breakthrough and know-how, having developed and implemented which we paid tribute to the first inventors of aircraft, for whom there were no obstacles on the way to their ambitious goals.
Another unique element of the model is the packaging of the product. Wooden box made in the form of a retro aircraft fuselage. Incredibly time-consuming and delicate work that required a huge effort of a whole team of designers and woodworkers.
And, of course, 100% handmade at all stages of creating a model is what makes Amelia hookah unsurpassed, unique and outstanding in its kind.

Unique materials and artistic approach

Maklaud products are handmade from the sketch and prototype of the model to polishing and packaging, which explains their exclusivity and quality corresponding to works of art of small forms. The work uses classic, as well as alternative materials and technologies, which we constantly research and successfully master in our work.
